They advertise hypoallergenic lotion and the owner uses canola oil in it. I politely asked her if she plans to change and she argued with me. She couldn’t have a professional conversation without talking over me and telling me how she does it best. I didn’t want to put a negative review but after she told me how healthy canola oil is. She needs some education. The two front desk ladies are absolutely amazing. I wish them the best

Hands down the best organic massage cream we have found in this country, and we have been trying products for years for my massage studios! Customer service has been awesome, and they have even specially formulated a nut free version of the cream for us. So glad to be supporting this local business!

Wonderful products with friendly people. Dew Drops shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair saved my poor hair after moving to Colorado from humid Key West. My face loves their Blueberry/Mint facial line and their chapsticks save my lips from the dry air. I live close to their store/manufacturing facility in downtown Loveland. It’s hidden on a side street so it took me several years to discover Renaud Naturals. First time I stopped by, I was there for over an hour checking out their products with lots of samples to try. People are great, super helpful. When I wasn’t certain whether a face cream would work for my face, Tina sent me home with a sample to try out for several days. If you aren’t sure what you want to buy, plan on spending some time at the store. All products are made fresh, in small batches so they may have to go the back and make up a fresh batch for you. Good thing is that they are down the block from Verboten Brewery and close to several other breweries,, restaurants, stores and the art museum so you can explore while Renaud makes the products for you. I would love to have had the "warm greeting" that I read about in the reviews...however, no one even came out to greet me or answer any questions. I was in the store for 20 mins. looking at, smelling & sampling products, and waiting for someone to come out....no one ever did, so I finally walked out.
I am, or was, very interested in finding out more about their products as I live nearby and have been searching online for about two years for a place for my daughters to get natural, non-toxic make up. I would have bought the shampoo (there was only one bottle on the counter amid all the conditioners) but I couldn't get any help, I already buy a natural shampoo, and I really liked the scent & ingredients of the bottle on their counter. My husband & I are all about supporting local business and really appreciate good customer service....unfortunately, since I didn't get ANY service I wouldn't know if they are typically good or not.
