Such a great place. Brought our St Rose softball girls here today to volunteer and the staff was fantastic. Learned so much about the process and dedication. We'll be back. Thank you for all the hard work you do to make a difference. Be safe.

I got here the night before was able to spend the night in the parking lot. No problem. My appointment wasn't till 10. They took me early but then would not let me park after my appointment to finish my break. Closest truck stop is about 10 miles away. Not bad overall, fairly quickly getting me unloaded.

Typical new york I guess I don't often come to this state went into the warehouse at 0659 and asked the guy in shipping who I need to talk to. He ignores my question anf answers with no one is allowed in the building before 0700 like really mfker its 1 minute your life must suck. So I stood outside for 1 minute and pressed the bell for a good 20seconds like I couldn't hear it through the door. The guy who came out was much nicer than the first guy maybe our first guy should go back home if he doesn't like where he works.

Side note: easy to get in with a big truck this place was a lot bigger than I thought from the aerial view on Google maps. I got here Saturday evening but they are closed on the weekend so I got an uber and left the truck here until Sunday evening so I could be here Monday to offload. I'm not sure if overnight parking is allowed during weekdays I don't see why it wouldn't be if you are unloading in the a.m.
Appointment at 0930 they backed me in early to a door at 0700 with the other 2 trucks that were here. They don't have bolt cutters so make sure you have something to cut your seal if you have a thick wire seal on.
