6am appointment time... Rang the bell and stood outside in 18° weather for 20 minutes and no one came to the door - another driver came up, and the same thing.
Of course no one answers the phone, and the back side is DEFINITELY NOT for Semi's.

my appointment time was at 6 am, they were stalling for time and only opened the door at 11, after the broker had a fight with them and my dispatcher too! gave the door to the back car park, it was very hard

People are nice but damn 1 start for the reason they didn’t have space for my load and another driver load and send us to 801 E. 50TH AVE to get us unloaded still 4 hours now and we are still here waiting for someone to come ! Never taking a load to this place again !!!!!!

I try to support local Colorado companies and unfortunately I am consistently disappointed with the quality of chicken breast meat supplied from Red Bird Farms. I have reached out to customer support at Red Bird Farms in the past, with hopes of understanding why their product is high cost and low quality… I was told that there was a “manufacturing/machine issue” and it was temporary. They offered me a voucher to buy more of their destroyed meat. Hard pass; I can just switch companies for a while. This week, I tried again with Red Bird Farms and received another wasteful, mangled disaster. Pictures below are of the breasts after removing and rinsing from packaging. It makes me sad from a financial stand point… and if this is what their final product looks like, I feel nauseous at what the poor chickens must suffer through if Red Bird Farm handles them when they are alive. I’m done trying at this point- it’s time for me to find a better alternative.

booked a team load with TQL non stop delivery. Arrived at 08:00 and been waiting since its 15:00 and they told us they would give us at 17:00. and there is no detention per RC as well. Avoid this load at any cost. Staff is rude and cannot speak english properly. if there was negative star I would gave one for them.

I had an appointment at 8am. I had reached there by 7:50 am. And it’s 7PM. They haven’t unloaded my trailer yet. It’s been more than 12 hours. The people working there are so rude. They don’t know how to talk even. I just asked them when will they unload my trailer and he replied that they will intentionally take more time since I had asked them twice. Moreover he said he will write something bad about me on papers. They are the worst. Don’t ever take any load for/from them. They should learn some lesson. We don’t deserve such disrespect and rude behaviour.
You guys should know how to respect someone’s time.

Not a bad place for me. Had to ask for the four wheeler parked in front of my dock to be moved. Then a service van parked on my blindside as i was backing in. However they started unloading right away. If they ask you to go around to the dock in the back of the facility BE CAREFUL! It is extremely tight.

I read most of bad comments about this place but for my experience it’s not all that bad sometimes it’s not their fault. Sometimes brokers and dispatchers cause drivers having bad experiences. I got here on Saturday night they were closed I stayed there until Sunday morning they open at 600am they came knock at my door asked me to open my doors soon I opened my door and back in at the dock they unloaded me in 45 minutes a full trailer not partial
