As I told the guy in charge of the Publix deli, this is the best pimento cheese I’ve ever bought. He said the product had been discontinued. WHAT! Told him it was unique because it’s cheese with mayo not mayo with cheese. Now what do I buy? Nothing else even begins to compare.

Oh my goodness this pimento cheese is AMAZING!!! For the longest time I never could find any store bought that met my requirements (the standard set by my now 95 year old grandmother). And now I have discovered RedClay Gourmet and I will buy no other kind! Thanks so much for your hard work and great flavors!!! And then to find out it’s made where I live, in Winston Salem, i swear pretty cool ❤️

First off, the owners were beyond nice. Can’t say good enough things about them. I tried the jalapeño and the hickory smoked cheddar. Hands down the best you can buy at the store. My daughter and I loved it. Great work, I hope this place expands and keeps growing!

Flame roasted jalapeño is amazing! Not very spicy but perfect smokey bite. Will definitely by regularly as the depth of flavor is outstanding
Thankful Ingles in Georgia carries this as other brands of pimento dips are mush like cheez whiz. This Red Clay is authentic homemade taste LOVE IT
