Make sure you have your fuel tanks not more than half otherwise you will be rejected. Security is pretty polite and the loading is really quick . Mine one took just half an hour .Althogh I was scared before but everything went smooth. Good experience ?

They have overnight parking but no washrooms in parking lot. Security guards are nice, make sure your dispatch send your tractor trailer number plates with under your names otherwise you aren’t able to check in.
You should have 2 load bars or 2 straps.
When you check in they will give you door and then back on door then go to shipping/ receiving office near door 133. Once they loaded they seal trailer or you go back to office to take your paperwork.

One of the worst place to pickup from. Security guards come drunk/high to work. They r young guys with no manners and attitude of gangsters. If u don't have self respect come to this company for pick up.

Dont come here with ur tanks full, they will weigh ur truck-trl empty. Then add their load's weight to ur empty weight and calculate ur gross before loading u. Even if u r 1 lb over 80,000lbs according to their scale and calculations.. they will reject u. wont load u at-all

Drove long Hual to pick up load from Vancouver BC to be refused by loading guy for 81lbs over weight he was so ignorant he is known for giving drivers hard times the guy just didn't want to load Truck how do these people get these jobs? Bad for company reputation.

Major issue with" supervisor" with no name at guard check. They are obliged to copied driver license although i have provided photos id with employee n. Very bullie and overpowered attitude guard check, specifies that I'm a Mexican!!! Shipping a normal people's and polite. Short time to loading. Just be aware of mandatory Identity ,driver license, that Is illegal to copied!

Showed up 1day early got right in and docked in under 10 minutes .. Loaded and paperwork in hand in less than 30
minutes... Every staff member was pleasant... Great facility.. clean washroom ..”over night parking “

As other drivers reviewed the exit and enter Signs are very small and covered up with some bushes.
If you are coming from West Peoria Ave it will be second entrance on your left.
If you are coming from Northern Parkway it will be the first entrance (your right) before the guard building with semi truck staging area. So the sign with the yellow RAUCH on it is the entrance to the this building address 10501 N Reems Road.
As soon as you enter stay to your right Next the brick wall and drive to the guard building a check in for your load. Must of the loads here are live. Make sure that your company has given the shipper the right trailer and truck number, because if the pick up numbers do not match your equipment they will tell you go to the staging area until everything is right in there system.
I am a driver who had to go through this experience. I couldn't say anything about delivering or live off load. Only picking up a load.
You can spend the night here other drivers did spend the night.
The guard was very nice and professional and answered all my questions and shipping department office was very nice as well. The miscommunication happened between my company so I cannot throw the blame at the shipper.
I hope this will help. By the way my company told me business hours are 7am to 5pm.
