My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Spice levels are perfect, the Raska Sauce is fantastic, and I love the idea of the community plate (shared plate between the table). It is family run, and the family is so incredibly sweet. Loved the Doro Wot!! Also the sambosa was great as well!

Incredible food, wonderful, peaceful, yet perky, atmosphere. Attentive, thorough, fast service even in the midst of a lunch rush. Beautiful restaurant with genuine expression of Ethiopia and Africa.. Like stepping into your relative’s home, you can actually taste the love that Hanna puts into her food.

I had Chicken with Raska sauce and ordered a Sophie’s tea — highly recommend both. And.. that tea actually brought tears to my eyes, it was that delicious. And try her homemade kombucha — it is plain healing.

Felt grateful to be so well cared for. Can’t wait to be back.

Wonderful food and a very pleasant environment! We shared the lentils, plantains, and Tedla’s delight and they were all delicious. We had a relaxed dining experience and the waitress was lovely and friendly. Hope to come back and try many more dishes as they all looked delicious!

Raska is very good. And it’s a nice atmosphere. When you come in you feel like you’re being welcomed into her home. The food is authentic and clearly made with love and passion. Highly recommend!

Was a fan of Raska for years, but then they closed for Covid and have only recently re-opened for dine in.

Amazing!

It was like being back in the middle east, just did not feel like being in Ft Collins.

Brennan, our waitress was AMAZING and the owner was just as gracious as she has always been.

The food is incredible, unique and presented with such flare.

Absolutely perfect, everytime! I discovered Raska International last month and have been back consistently ever since. Wonderful food, peaceful atmosphere, and the sweetest owner!
