Delightful local brewery in Troy, Ny.

The beers are spot on and the staff are great.
You can drink there or grab some to go but no matter you are getting some good beers to enjoy.

They were pup friendly when we visited and even had a fun side hall with retro games. Check out their calendar for special events.

This is a nice intimate place to hang out. I went on a Wednesday night for a Bonsai Bar (highly recommend). The pizzas you order are handmade right after ordering, right in front of you and placed in a small wood fire stove. They also had chili in a pot going. I'm not a beer lover, but I did enjoy the Confetti beer.

I've already had an eventful week. So tonight I'm taking it easy. After some reflection I settled on Rare Form Brewing Company, for my Friday evening nightcap. Chris, my brewer, recommended the Double Moxie when I asked for the boldest hop, and while I'm no stranger to hyperbole, I got the feeling that we both know that Double Moxie is no hyperbolic hyperbole. It's 8% perfection! The rich honey citrus flavor, completely coats my tongue and leaves me with a decidedly sweet aftertaste, which surprisingly, I love. The difference is that I feel like Chris and I are cohorts... There's no hiding behind tolerance-ambiguity at Rare Form. The intention is clear: Drink 'mo craft beer then stumble into an Uber immediately after your last pint. #EXCEPTIONAL

Tried to visit here and got super confused. No tables, no place to sit. Music group was setting up, and saw no evidence they made pizza. What's the secret? That to come here and have pizza and beer can only be done on specific nights? If you can't on Saturday, when can one have a meal here?

Great brews and a fun staff! They put on some pretty good shows and events free to the public. Their non-beer selection has improved a lot, too. Overall it's a chill vibe and definitely worth checking out!

Delicious, inclusive and friendly place to relax after a stressful week at work.

If you're from out of town and looking for an LGBTQ friendly, wheelchair accessible, brewery to relax at, Rare Form is a great place to check out. I came here my second day after moving here from LA and I wasn't sure how inclusive the community was out here in upstate NY, but Rare From blew me away with amazing staff, great atmosphere indoor and outdoor and delicious brews. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect beer for you. They have live music and events as well, so check out their Instagram for updates on events and specials

Great beer and a great location. The bartenders were awesome and after hearing our prefered beers they would randomly bring us samples they felt would entice our taste buds. It doesn't get much better than that!
