They were trying to be helpful for the most part although they didn't seem to know much about the store I do give him an A for effort. The store was very clean and there was no line so I was in and out of their very quickly!

Horrible customer service. Bought a Weber grill and the interior coating is flaking off into the food after a few months. Ransom Brothers has been ZERO help and does not care or stand behind their products.

You know what dislike about this store the most. It's the constant amount of mansplaining when I have a question or am in wrong in the slightest way. I'm a man, and I'm not here to be educated on a 3/4 inch NPT. I'm not here to learn, and you're just a retail worker. Show me the part I need, and I'll be on my way.

Every time I've gone on a hunt or search for something in this store, I've been met with welcoming ready willingness to be helped. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. For a community without a large chain store for home goods or housewares, these can be found here (and priced fairly)! I can count on always getting the art supplies I need when I go. I did find it odd they didn't sell sandbags, but maybe that's not unusual and I'm expecting too much. Lastly, the postal annex and key making section is excellent as well.
