Quick unloading. I love that it's a night time receiver, much easier to back in. Not really intended for a 53' with a sleeper but it's definitely do-able. Staff will treat you based on how you treat them-So be nice.

TOOK 25 MIN TO UNLOAD 5 PALETTS PARKING WHICH WAS AWESOME
BUT PARKING NOT SO MUCH. PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IF THEIR GATE IS CLOSED,. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR CARS TO PASS BY YOU OTHERWISE THAT'LL CALL COPS ON U TO MOVE. MY APPOINTMENT WAS 1AM, I SHOWED UP AT 9AM THE DAY B4 MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD EATING A LITTLE BIT OF SIDEWALK TILL THEY OPENED THE GATE AND NOONE BOTHER ME. JUST BARE IN MIND ITS A RESIDENTIAL SO DONT GO THERE AND IDLING UR TRUCK FOR HOURS, THATS JUST ASKING FOR MORE TROUBLE.

You need to verify the weight of the meat you are given. There's been more than one occasion that I've been charged for more pounds that I actually received. I can't imagine how many times it may go unnoticed by other buyers....
