Getting better. I’ll explain.

Prices: I think they’re fair. Setting steak/ meat aside, here’s what I paid yesterday.
-12 large & quality eggs. $7.60
- Russets (if I remember correctly). $1.35/ lb
- Quality bacon. $7.60 / lb
Prices above reflect a 5% military discount which I appreciated. Won’t apply to everyone but you get the idea. Pretty fair when compared to KS or Safeway in my view.

Customer service: getting better. Yesterday I asked a few questions and received a prompt reply. Employees were engaged and rendered reasonable service. As others have noted, customer service was truly awful in the not so distant past. I stopped visiting the store actually for a while. To be fair, management mentioned in a recent post that they had recently parted ways with some problematic employees. While I recognize I am formulating a new & more positive view off one visit, things seemed to be running smoothly yesterday.

I think 4 stars is fair for now. If I continue to see good customer service and fair prices, I will upgrade to 5. If customer service declines again (I certainly hope that doesn’t happen) I will also amend appropriately and not return.

Overall opinion, keep an open mind and give them a shot.

Easily my favorite place to shop for local meats and other food products. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the baby back ribs or pork shoulder if you smoke meats!

This is a super spot for local meat. The quality is excellent! The location is convenient and service is always helpful and courteous. A great spot for local dairy and eggs, as well.

Stopped in today for some ground meat, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Will was incredibly attentive and kind while I waited patiently. When it was time to check out, I was third in line for the two registers, and without hesitation, Will stopped what he was doing to open another register and get me taken care of. Talk about top-notch service—what a rockstar!

As for Ranch Foods, you all already know you're the best! Your products are consistently outstanding, and I’m always impressed. No need to say much more—just keep doing what you do!

Wonderful store. The meat was fresh and they had a great selection. They have lots of options in their frozen section as well. The staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning here.

Absolutely the best store ever!!! Friendly, honest staff and great prices!! The other location does not exist to me. It's not even worth mentioning, that's how bad it is. This is the SPOT to go!! Fresh everything, happy vibes and a dash of good music on the aux?!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!

Got all of our food for the week for half the price we can get anywhere else! And all the produce is locally grown and organic! Also where we pick up raw milk shares! Love this place!

I visited the location off Platte Ave in colorado springs. I was given a gift card for Christmas. When I tried to check out the card didn't work. I drove back home to get the receipt and returned. I was the told that card didn't work because it was purchased at the Fillmore location. They told me that I had to go to the Fillmore location to pay for it. This was quite the inconvenience. I will say they trusted that I would go there and pay and let me take the items with me. I am an honest person and did go there and pay. This is something that a customer shouldn't have to deal with especially it being my first experience with ranch foods. I was polite with the staff as I don't believe it was their fault but I don't see myself going back. Big disappointment.
