I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Ralph’s that left me shocked and embarrassed. After purchasing a significant amount of groceries using Apple Pay, I noticed some of the produce was spoiled. I returned to the store immediately from my car with my receipt, to request an exchange.

The manager, Estrella, refused to accept the return and insisted on seeing the physical card, even though I explained multiple times that I used Apple Pay. For added security, Apple Pay generates a different set of last 4 digits on receipts, and I showed her this on my phone. However, she refused to listen, dismissed my explanation, and acted as if I was being deceitful, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating and uncomfortable.

Not only did she deny my request for a simple exchange, but she also caused a public scene, treating me as though I hadn’t made a legitimate purchase. This was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a store manager.

Ralph’s needs to address this unacceptable behavior. No customer should be treated with suspicion or disrespect, especially when following proper procedures and providing proof of purchase. I strongly recommend that corporate review Estrella’s conduct and provide proper training or take further disciplinary action. Her treatment of loyal customers is unacceptable and does not align with Ralph’s standards of service.

Lastly, Ralph should also look into the return policy with Apple Pay and educated the managers.

I'm a full time traveler and I have food allergies. Often it is a problem to find what I want.
Online I saw that they had the Miracle noodles and rice so I went there.
I couldn't find it.
I looked everywhere until I asked to the lady that was giving out samples of ice cream
She had no idea about the existence of "MIRACLE PASTA" and she told me she had never seen it.
She did help me and she found it !!!

Rude employees!
So, I gotta vent about my recent run-ins with Jessica at the store. Both times, she was kinda useless and pretty rude. First off, I asked her to page someone to the bakery, and she just brushed me off, saying she only fills shelves and doesn’t know how to page someone. Second, when I tried to return something, she kept repeating that they don't accept returns for that item. I asked for manager’s help, and she said manager will give you same answer. Luckily another cashier heard my conversation and returned the item and refunded me in a sec!!!!
Meanwhile, I noticed she was all smiles with other customers.
