in fairness, i ordered past 1 AM on a Friday and my order is usually much better than this. the chicken on this particular occasion was barely breaded. It was more of a shell than a crust and genuinely disappointing to eat.

Cane's. Always consistently good food. Once you try their food, you can be assured of the same taste and quality at any location. This was our first time at this location. I will be back. Easy to find Google maps. Plenty of parking. Food was great! I only gave 4 stars on service because our food sat ready on the back counter for a while. Realizing our food was kind of late, I went to the counter to ask if that was my food. It was. Could have been delayed due to me ordering from a table using my mobile app. Then when no one was standing at the counter for a mobile order, they didn't know we were there yet. I did order as dine in.

I usually love Canes but I got home today and opened my 3 finger combo order to find out they only gave me 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3. I don’t live close to this location so it would be a long drive back for them to correct it.. A note to self and others to check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Kinda awkward standing at the counter, waiting to order and seeing the majority of employees not doing anything. And yet we wait for an employee to put in and pay for his order before we are even greeted, let alone place our order. All the while the guy expediting and handing out orders was literally yelling customers names and it wasn't even loud or that busy. We almost walked out because it was so obnoxious.
We didn't, and once our order was placed, things were fine... Chicken, fries & toast were nice and hot, and delicious of course.

We usually love Canes! This experience though, unfortunately was foul. Something about the chicken was off. Very slimy in texture, almost undercooked. The bread was hardly buttered or toasted. And the fries were saltier than the ocean. Overall a disappointing experience especially considering Canes isn’t cheap. Thanks!

I'm not even a chicken tenders fan but my kids definitely are. Canes just hits different. Fresh always. White meat so juicy (and I'm a dark meat girl generally). The crinkle fries, mmmm,
The Texas toast? Try to eat just one and be content. You won't. Although I will say the day time batches are more buttery/ garlicky how I like it, vs a late night order. Late night crew, stop being stingy with the spread, lol"
Even the cole slaw is fire. I love that their lemonade is homemade not that fake dispenser Minute Maid crap, and that I can "Arnold Palmer" it with tea (sweetened or unsweetened).

(Dine in) Changing my review due to today's visit. The staff were upbeat, friendly and nice. Greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff seemed happy working together, made our experience memorable. Highly recommend dining in and getting the 4-finger Combo.
1st review (Drive thru): Eat as you order, chicken fingers are not as great when you don't eat there. Toast is good, chicken fingers are small.

Whelp, it was time to see what all the crispy-fried hullaballoo was about for Raising Cain's. And as a goblin such as myself, I tend to enjoy the crispy fried.

The place was a madhouse, first off, it is expected for a lunch rush. However, watching them, they dish out the entire line lickity-split, so the wait didn't even feel that long. My stomach couldn't even get to complain!

The food was actually pretty stellar, especially for a fast food joint where most of the time it is a sad, sad experience. Chicken was piping hot and crispy, and the fries had just enough crunch. Solid all around!
