We recently purchased half a cow and cannot be more pleased. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. The beef was cut exactly to our specifications, packaged and labeled very well and tastes absolutely wonderful. We cooked some with and without seasoning so we could get a taste of only the flavor of the beef. Could not have been happier. The owners were flexible to meet our needs, very nice down to earth and easy to talk to. Their pricing was better as well. If you are looking to buy beef, I highly recommend giving them a try. We will certainly be buying from them again.
