This cheese is literally so good. I bought their quesadilla cheese on a whim once at kroger and never looked back. Best flavor, best melt. Perfect for quesadilla, tortilla soup, pizza, whatever. Perfect creamy melt, beautiful leopard spotting when you bake it. It's been a while since I've had it as I no longer live in a place where they sell but I still think about that cheese. You guys are both the best and worst thing that's ever happened to me. The best because your cheese is incredible. The worst because I can't find any cheese where I live that compares!

Purchased their Cotija cheese because the store was out of the standard brands. EXTREMELY salty. Ruined the dish I added it to and when tasted on its own it is nearly inedible.
