I relocated from Los Angeles and must express my dissatisfaction with the attitude of the staff here. The employees exhibit rudeness and a sense of entitlement regarding their services. Both the front desk personnel and those who assist over the phone display a condescending demeanor, lacking the respect that should be afforded to those who compensate them for their services.

I asked that billing go to my address not my tenants. There was money in my account yet they stopped my auto pay and I had no idea. My tenants didn't tell me until they got door notice of turnoff. Needless to say, it cost me a lot of fees. Do they care?

This Local water company uses TG (territorial gangster) tactics as part of their commerce agenda. When I closed a bank account on the day my auto pay was supposed to go through, they shut off my water and then charged me a reconnect fee and returned check fee! FYI, the bill was payed on the due date through their online system. I did not incur a late fee, but they charged a fee for a "returned check" that they insisted my bank charged them. I called my bank, and sure enough they said they did no such thing on a closed account.

And every time I call to speak to a receptionist, or any time I visit the office, I get the same condescending and smug higher than thou attitudes from the minimum wage staff. It's unfortunate that I live in their water district, they are by far the worst run utility provider I have ever encountered. And since they are privately owned and run by a board of supervisors, they are not required to abide by California utilities commission laws.

If you live in their water district, you have no choice but to use their services. I wish I did not have to deal with these people. They are terrible.

Terrible customer service. They will put you on hold past the cutoff time, then refuse to turn on the water even if it’s their fault you didn’t meet the deadline.

Not organized. I rent my home and QH Water continued to mail bills on occasion to my home out of state, causing my tenants to get late fees. Rude to customers. So unprofessional.
