Inadequate signage, so... It'll be on your right side, across the street from a big solid blue building. You'll come upon a gate with the address sign on it real big. Not lit up in any way but it's directly across from the guard shack for the big blue building. KEEP GOING because the docks are at the end of the building. There are only 3 of them. Park on the side of the road that Quality is on because you'll need to be there to back up to those docks. After you park, go up the stairs by the dock doors. Look for the yellow rails. Ring the doorbell. Wait sort of a long time. Give them your bills & they'll come check your seals. You break the seals then & they take them inside. Open your doors. No need to slide tandems. I brought in frozen so this may not apply to everyone. It's just my experience.

Easy to find, dirt street parking for 2 to 3 trucks, very quick. Not a busy street. Not hard to back up but keep tandems small. Docks across of gate 4 of different company. Parking also across of gate 4. Before docks.

Parked at this coordinates 41.65497° N, 87.71442° W , (directly across the street from the Gate 4) sign. Then went to the door next to the 3 dock doors, rang the buzzer and someone came out to get paper work and gave me a door.

0600 appt, receivers open @0500. Parked on dirt strip next to building limited parking but can overnight on street, Walk up small yellow steps to door press buzzer someone comes out and takes bills then they'll direct you where to dock. I docked in the rear of building looks tight but just enough space to back in make sure you're shrunken up all the way it helps. Handed my bills at 0505 Docked up by 0520 finished unloading w/bills in hand 0615. Maybe got lucky who knows, staff was nice it was a fast and easy delivery.

Arrived 1 hr late and was unloaded in an hour and 30 mins. Nice guy in shipping/receiving. Had to dock in the middle doc around the building (a little annoying but doable).

Been sitting here for 4 hours waiting on these clowns to unload trucks. 1 truck per 3 hours. The second truck who's been in the door for the last hour hasn't been touched yet. There's still 2 trucks ahead of me. They are rude if you can find one who speaks English good enough. Front office lies to cover what they don't know. Bunch of crap! I'll refuse any load coming here again. If I were yall I'd look for another load because u less you like to wait it's not worth it!

FCFS place. No appt necessary. One dock. Takes about an hour to unload a truck once U hit a dock. Street parking. Had 5 trucks in front of me. Spent 6 hours in total.
