I ordered a pulley and prior to ordering i called them and verified that they had this item in stock. I spoke with one of their employees and they verified that there are 12 in stock and i should be good to go to order what i needed. i order the part. A week passes and no updates or notification that the part has been shipped. I call to get a status on the order and they end up saying they'll have a manager look into it and email me. next thing i know i get an email letting me know that their system messed up and they don't even stock the item and that they're canceling my order. Thanks for letting me sit here for a week waiting only to cancel the order. This part was for a customers mower deck that is waiting for it to be repaired. Very disappointed and will never purchase from these people again!!! Beware!!!!
