One of the best places to "try and buy" olive oil and vinegar. Taste a variety of things, and be assured you're buying high quality. They have an awesome selection of healthy and tasty products. Even the pasta is terrific. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and friendly.

The cutest shop with delicious olive oils and vinegars. Very helpful staff as well!

They do also offer shipping on bottles if needed for a small fee, which is very helpful if you don’t want to check bags at the airport.

Sign in the window says they open at noon. I waited and waited, excited to buy some good oil. I popped my head into the neighboring establishment and they said Quail & Olive keeps its own hours, regardless of the sign. If a store can't respect the time of the people whose money it seeks, I'll go elsewhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They don't have the largest selections, but have enough to satisfy most people's needs. Their olive oil and vinegar could be a bit pricey, but are reasonable for the quality.

The olive oil, so good. Who knew you could taste olive oil like wine. Ended up with some great oils and dipping dish (made by a local artist). Nestled into the Carmel Valley this is a hidden treasure that I hope you discover.

This is the best olive oil. We stock up on it when we visit Carmel Valley. So many great flavors, but we love the Mediterranean one on our salad... yum. Italian olive oil? Fuhgeddaboutit!
