I had the tuna over a bed of rice and shrimp, and it tasted extremely delicious! We had the calamari for an app and it was delicious, It was a little spicy, just like I like it. The clam chowder was one of the best I've had, lots of clams and was not too creamy. I had messed up on my reservations and came a day early. They managed to fit us in even though it was very crowded. I really want to thank them for that.

We had a lovely late afternoon meal as we were between the seating for lunch and dinner. What a wonderful experience on a warm summer afternoon outside surrounded by beautiful flowers. The food was great (Amish fried chicken and a cheese burger)the waitstaff was attentive and helpful. This is a wonderful place for fine country dining in a beautiful location. After lunch we went to the Farm Shop and bought some. Bagel chips and focaccia/tomato bread. Come here for an enjoyable experience!

Bustling and packed on Friday night Purdy's was a great experience. Exemplary service and cozy ambiance made it a perfect venue for an evening with new colleagues. Got to know each other better over the well prepared dishes. The goat cheese tart and polenta fries were a great start of an evening of lovely dishes. Our entire party stuck with the seafood dishes. The halibut,salmon,and tuna were good and very satisfying.
The perfect ending to a wonderful dinner was the amazing bread pudding ....no wonder it is their signature dessert.

One of the most remarkable meals I’ve had in recent memory!
The entire staff was incredibly hospitable. The food was so fresh, local and cooked perfectly!
Not to mention the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had!

Finally made it higher after 20 years! I love the building and the atmosphere, the staff was excellent, a good bar and an excellent menu, even for someone that's not a big seafood person. Everybody raves about the raw bar. Good non-seafood choices as well, I had to swordfish, and it was very, good but the portion was a bit smaller than I would have liked.
