Even enjoyed the cocoa beans toasted when it seems like I would not.

Teeth barely nibbled into the succulent chocolate and I was catapulted into Aztec times from pre Spanish conquistadors. I must say I was on cloud nine after nibbling through the highly potent chocolate bars.

Parking was great and again the host/tour guide made the learning extremely enjoyable 10 out of 10 .

Purchase the most expensive bag of coffee I have ever endeavor to purchase, but I can’t wait to get home and put it in my mouth hole.

This tour was the was amazing! Matt was a super good tour guide who knew all you could know about the farming that goes on here. The sights were magical and the tastings were even better! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an agricultural tour however I would mention that Matt is not the normal tour guide and is in fact the manager of the farm who subs in on Wednesdays. I would try my hardest to attend while he is working.

Bless. The tour was informative but verrrrrrrry long. The guide was clearly doing his comedy bit but it was lost on us as we just wanted to learn about things in a timely mannner. Not suited for kids to listen to -the off color comments made things rather awkward. We skipped out on the giant hill after spending 1.5 hours learning about cacao, coffee, kakui nuts and macadamias. Can’t say I’d go see his show in Kona either. He is energetic and silly but perhaps it might be better to turn it down a notch for the tour.

Keith was our tour guide and we learned so much about macadamia nuts, chocolate and the processes involved. There is a slight climb up the hill but the chocolate and coffee tasting was well worth it. While Keith may have been over the top for some reviewers we enjoyed him and his humor was a little pg sometimes. But we weren't offended at all. And we bought a lot of delicious chocolate.

Truly an amazing experience! Our tour guide Scott was absolutely hilarious and very knowledgeable, involved, and personal. He made that tour very memorable for my wife and I. Overall I would highly recommend taking this tour, tasting everything along the way, and getting to the end tasting all of those amazing chocolates!

Great tour of a lovely farm.
Our tour guide, Matthew, was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everyone felt involved and engaged throughout the tour.
We had the chance to taste luscious macadamia nuts, cut open cacao pods to reveal the precious cocoa beans within and even eat them.
Another highlight of the tour was the opportunity to sample a variety of chocolate bars.
If you find yourself in the area, don't miss out this enchanting journey!

Amazing chocolate tour with a super knowledgeable guide! We got to try multiple fruits, pick our own cacao, and taste so many chocolates. Highly recommend!

Amazing tour of the chocolate farm. Honestly Keith put on a comedy show while giving us so much helpful information about their property. If you like the likes of Robin Williams, Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler while tasting delicious chocolate, you should definitely go on this tour.

This could be done in half the time if the off colored jokes were removed. Should be advertised as an adult comedy cocoa farm tour. Glad we didn't have our kids with us, would have been super awkward. This was my 3rd cocoa farm tour (we bring lots of friends to the island). We would definitely recommend the Tours on the Hilo side for more information about the farming and the process of making the chocolates.

That response to my review was quite harsh. I believe it is fair to give potential tourists a true understanding of what they are purchasing for your tour. I believe that there are many people who would love your comedy mixed in with the chocolate info, but I think parents with young kids should know there are other options available on the island. I'm having a hard time believing what you said about my group. The company we brought loved your tour and I didn't want to taint their experience so I didn't show any discomfort openly. We even purchased a ton of your chocolate at the end of the tour. I wonder if you think I am someone else... you seemed way nicer in person than in your response

First time going on a tour. Keith was the BEST guide. We had a great time, learned a lot. Highly recommend going here to find out more about the chocolate and coffee. Love our companion the tour dog. 🐶

Great cacao tour, very informative and interactive. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour exciting and fun all while teaching us the process of making chocolate. He gave was a brief introduction of their coffee process and the other fruit they’re growing on their farm. I really appreciated the information and learned quite a bit from their tour. I suggest taking the time and going to a Puna chocolate farm tour, you won’t regret it.
