Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The food at this Malaysian restaurant is nothing short of phenomenal—each dish is bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The highlight of our visit, however, was the exceptional hospitality. PE, the hostess, greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel right at home. Her attentiveness and professionalism set the tone for a memorable meal. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food and outstanding service, look no further. Five stars well deserved!

It was surprisingly good…. I didn’t have too much expectations to begin with because the online photos wasn’t as appropriate but a friend recommended so here we gave it a try. Food was good and the price was fair. This place will be added to my regular dinning menu going forward!

Pulau Pinang is a good place to eat
The toilet works 👍
Had a party of 6
We demolished that meal though.
I got some curry 🍛.
We also got Pig Kidney 💀, Noodles, Soy Sauce Duck and Fried Rice 🌾
I ate the pig Kidney for $5.
Never doing that ever again.
They were playing Katseye there 🔥🔥

Not bad.

Good portions, for the low prices, in their lunch options (came with soup), and over-rice dishes. We liked the Beef rendang, Nasi lemak (with chicken rendang, wished there were more anchovies), Salted fish/chicken fried rice. Pinang Udang Mee has spicy, light, shrimp-y broth, al dente noodles, shrimp, fish cakes and other toppings. All flavorful dishes without being too salty.
Wasn't into the marinade and texture of the fried pork chop. Hainanese chicken was not as tasty as Batik's for me.
The decor has changed since we first went 2 years ago. It was kind of cold inside on a rainy day.

Delicious, good service and generous portions! Not too greasy and flavorful. The beef rendang was crazyyyy tender and flavorful. Also got the hokkien mee, roti canai, and shredded pork with bamboo shoots. Everything was very good. Would definitely come back to try their other dishes. The dishes that other parties ordered also looked very good. Prices reasonable too - got 3 entrees, an appetizer, and a drink for around $50 (not including tip). Will be back 🫡🫡

The lobster (with ginger-scallion) was cooked to perfection. I bought the live lobsters from US Supermarket right beside the resto and had it cooked here. The lobsters turned out succulent, fragrant and super delicious. Other dishes I ordered which were all excellent: hainanese chicken, sate beef, sate pork, crispy shrimp with coconut, Singaporean mee hoon, sautéed kidney, fried pork chop. Next time, I plan to buy the jumbo razor clams or geoduck from the next door Asian supermarket and have it cooked here again.

This restaurant has been a gem in our community for years! I absolutely love their Hainanese chicken and Fujianese-style noodles, while my kids can’t get enough of the roti canai with curry chicken. The owner always gives us a warm welcome and is super friendly, making every visit special. The restaurant is very clean, and parking outside isn’t an issue as long as we avoid peak hours. Some dishes taste different compared to before, not sure If there are any changes...
