I love this place and time my visits to the area with their open hours. All of their products are delicious and feel truly nourishing-- from their signature Pueblo Brick loaves to the cacao cookies and everything in between. I usually stock up for a month at a time, slicing the breads and keeping them in the freezer to enjoy daily. Nanna is a wealth of knowledge and I always love hearing about her processes and nutritional philosophies. I bought Pueblo chile seeds and so far all of the seeds germinated! I can't wait to roast some chilies this fall! I live on the east Coast now. I'm a pueblo native, so it will be nice to have a taste of home!
