This Publix customer service is beyond extraordinary. At check out, a bag was left behind. I called the store and the manager brought the item to my house, with a bonus item added to it. I'm so thankful because I'm undergoing chemotherapy at this time and this manger save me from a tiring task.?

I have never been more disappointed in the Deli Service than I was today! It was awful...and for many reasons!! First there was only 1 person ahead of me in my line (2 Deli Staff working made to order food) the 2 of them were chit chatting away like no one else even existed...ok still making food but taking their "precious" time while discussing the hours they work. 20 minutes (I kid you not!) I finally get up.there only to see my guy is now making 3 online subs ahead of serving me...soooo I wait patiently (as possible) and meanwhile the lady next to me has been there the whole time waiting on her finished product! She ordered 1 sub!! So he gets done before my guy will even come close....I make eye contact like..ok I'm next...he ignores me and starts cleaning up because his shift is over! He asks another Deli person to find someone to take over...I'm at this point livid...but I didn't get rude..then my guy doing online orders..walks away and never comes back! Another worker finally comes up and finishes the online orders...I could not believe it! WAIT
.THERE'S MORE! The staff that stepped in takes my order...never changing his gloves ? and starts making my sub...and then he touched his hair net to adjust it and continued with my food!! OMG..so I left upset but took the sub anyway and gave it to the Homeless man on the corner up the road! Before you badmouth me for giving it to him knowing what I witnessed...this same Man was digging in the gas station trash cans for food the day before...I will NEVER ORDER FRESH FOOD HERE AGAIN!

My brother and I were traveling from FL to MD and stopped at this store. I can not tell the last time I’ve gone anywhere an met so many nice people under one roof. Everyone welcomed us, smiled, waved and was so pleasant. We had a 2 year old baby with us, and they made my little nephew felt so special! I told my brother that If I could I would move here just because of the experience I had with the staff team. I hope I will be able to visit this location again. Thank you to the team of people working. You guys created a lasting impression.

I have reached out to this publix deli before. It seems like it's just getting worse and worse.
I usually do online orders, I like the sub to be ready when I get there. I ordered a sub as a salad yesterday, and they legit put spoiled cucumbers on my salad. They were mushy. Come on man! Would you eat it? So I really wanted the salad. So I paid for it and took it to the deli to have it remade without the cuccumber. SN: they also don't know the difference between the dill pickle and the boars head garlic pickles. Anyway, the lady who was remaking my salad had to cut more sandwiche meat. We waited a good 20 minutes before I just said to hell with the salad.
Also while waiting I was watching flies in the bread box just sitting on the bread! Absolutely disgusting!
I hate this publix deli is so bad. I literally live 2 minutes away and when their food is fresh it's really good.

So this is what I ordered. And this is what I got from this location. I will NEVER order a cake here again!!! They literally had to redo the entire cake and it still was really not good at all. I’m not sure what this is here that they tried to give me for my daughter’s birthday. But that is NOT acceptable at all.

Always enjoy shooting in a Publix due to the friendly staff and store layouts being very similar between locations. Great selection of fresh produce, flowers, baked goods and more.
