I visited Project Roots for a class field trip in October 2022. The staff and volunteers were lively and enthusiastic. I learned a lot about what goes into community gardening and outreach while I was there. Spaces of Opportunity more generally was amazing. I would like to go back and help tend to the garden. Great people with a powerful mission!

I stopped by Project Roots as part of a class & really enjoyed the space and people involved in this program. The garden was well-maintained and is clearly a hard-working and essential part of the overall Spaces of Opportunity Garden!

Our cohort of students from the University of Arizona worked with Project Roots. What an amazing place! The founders generously gave us an in-depth tour of their farm; it was wonderful to be in such a thriving space and get to see so many different crops grown, many volunteer groups, and a Saturday Farmer's Market (complete with a food truck and live Mariachi music and dancing). I feel lucky to have visited Project Roots and gotten to see some of the powerful work they are doing!

Really excellent fresh produce, CSA boxes are thoughtfully packaged and can't say enough good! I've shared much of it with friends and recommended them to people looking for good local produce.

I had the pleasure of visiting Project Roots not too long ago. It was a great place that does meaningful work. At the time I was visiting, there were local events occurring in the shared space. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I recommend visiting if you are in the area. If you are local, I suggest looking into the services they provide.
