Very unprofessional and rude. We were told to show up to an apartment showing where when we arrived. The agent would not even meet us and said via phone that she did not have the keys and would reschedule. After days of trying to contact her again, she NEVER messaged or contacted us again. Beyond unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

We were told to be at a showing at 5 pm, and arrived to the apartment with a group of other people who were also told to show up at the same time. We were all waiting for the realtor until someone called her, and she said the place had already been rented... and was just not going to show up, even though a group of people had been told to come to a viewing and were waiting. The lack of care for other people and their time is astounding. Such a complete joke and honestly gross.

Very rude and unprofessional. They never took care of the BLACK WATER That would come out of the shower and tub almost every time that I or my children took a shower/bath. They told me that I had to move out of the building which was not professional at all. They let the tenants smoke weed and destroy building - complaints sent in and nothing is done. I highly recommend not using this company.

Professional reality is not a friendly place and once you rent they don't care what the attendants do. They don't care we have people smoking marijuana,cigarettes drinking, in hallways and one person scars herecars.
This is crown point area apartments run by these guys... My response was from these guys was none. Also they said it was to much work for these guys to do to look at everyone car and to tows. Cops are called all the time. Cops stated its there responsbilty and to just sue the company.we pay rent they should do something.was told professional reality don't care and they will continue this behavior at professional reality. Its OK as long as you pay rent. they had us fill out a sheet of what cars we have and if not your car they suppose to tow it.They have not kept up with this at all.visitors park in our spots.we have several car's especially apt 11 that has 8 cars here not moved and there no parking..shoes left by stairway so you trip. Very unprofessional.. Laundry room very dirty and apt 11 has traffic in and out all the time while selling and bringing cars here. Why did they have us put what cars down if u not going to tow other cars. Door left open leaving the door broken several times. Not manage very well.. Don't rent from these guys. Especially the crown point. They had no time one Lady said no time she had to jump on plane basically ignored issue.

I would not recommend anyone use this brokerage for rental or purchases. Agent engages in deceptive practices and there's no response or accountability by anyone. If you are looking to rent or buy a home, this is not the place for you. If 0 stars was an option, that would have been my rating.
