The people that work here are extremely friendly and helpful!
Don't go by the negative reviews!
It's simple and easy.
It does get busy. But who doesn't?
When you turn down East Harrison Street start looking for a sign on the left side of the street that says drivers shipping. It's on a building. Turn left there. The scale is on your right just a few feet farther.
Drive on scale.
Listen for buzzer.
You will here a buzzing sound when you get on scale. That's not the buzzer to get off scale. It will be a very faint sound you can barely hear.
Park next to scale.
Go inside scale house.
Have your information ready.

Trailer will be inspected when you back into dock!
They will give you some paperwork to give to loader.
You will then go sit in your truck until they call you.
You then go back inside to get dock # and instructions to get to dock.
3 different docks.
Mine had plenty of room for backing.
If your assigned dock has a drop trailer in it, it will be moved in a few minutes.
Took one hour to inspect trailer and load.
Loader will put seal on trailer.
Then get back on scale and weigh again.
Park truck and go inside.
Go to the room with vending machines.
Go to window and give paperwork to employee.
He prints out a scale ticket with each axle weighed.
You can reweigh if you need to after sliding tandems.
It's that easy and simple.

Friendly check in process. But the warehouse staff needs to be replaced with efficient and capable individuals. Loading takes 5 hours and counting, that's terrible. Do think I will be returning here.

Before going to download, I read a lot of negative reviews, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the positive points. Overnight parking, toilet, coffee at the weighing station, but most importantly the courtesy and professionalism of the staff Alanna and Skylar. They showed me everything and told me what to do and where to go. Everything took 1 hour. 40 min.

First and last time. Check in at 11am it's 5pm and I'm still in a door. They sent me to 3 different buildings and 3 times over the scales. Unimaginable, had no expectation my day would go by so poorly.

Absolute chaos, Thankfully the address took me to the scale house which is step 1 but there are multiple routes to the scale house. There isn’t one entrance into the mill and it’s in the middle of a town so I entered through a neighborhood, not sure if there are other ways that’s how my Garmin took me. Once at the scale house the only instruction is to pull on scale, roll down passenger side window and listen for buzzer. Do I scale and then check in? Do I check in and then scale? When I pull off the scale which direction do I go to park? Where do I park? Where do I go to check in? I watched the other drivers to see what to do but a big sign outside with instructions on exactly what to do and what to bring with you to check in would help streamline things. Once inside the employees are extremely rude and act as if they hate their life and that the drivers are keeping them from doing their job. Pretty sure that is their job. They are the first point of contact and they are in fact a form of customer service which they don’t seem to understand. I get it, it’s a stressful job and a lot is going on but the attitude towards the drivers is unacceptable along with the piss poor communication skills of the employees and/or poor operating procedures of the office staff. As soon as a driver walks through the door they should be required to fill out the paperwork the scale house requires and printed on that paperwork should be *DL and a photo of the trailer plate needs to be provided at check in* and it should be highlighted so that the driver knows what is expected before they ever get to the window rather then getting to the window then being asked for the DL, going back to truck, getting back in line then being asked for photo of the trailer plate then going back out to truck and then getting back in line. It’s insane to think about how much time is wasted and frustration everyone feels when there is a simple fix.

I’m sure it will be a lot less aggravating if I ever have to come back since I know what to do now but for 1st timers it’s a nightmare.

OTR Driver sent to pickup backhaul headed north. I have never in my 20+ yrs of driving met a nicer group of women than the women who work the scale house. Friendly. Courteous. And extremely helpful. Especially when it’s your first time there. I wish all shippers had their attitude. I look forward to going back again. US Logistics

Scaled. Checked in at 07:02. Given door immediately. Lady even pointed out where I was getting loaded. Directions. Docked and loaded immediately. Scaled out and bills at 07:53. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was told avoid the hours beteen 11 a.m. to 16:00 if you can. Peak business hours I would return. Love's 25 miles north.
