What a great place! I was looking for a mulch to go around my raised vegetable garden that was durable but wouldn't look like a playground. The Scioto trail mix from Price Farms checks all the boxes! My husband and I have also purchased enough zoo brew for all my beds, river rocks, and took a load of sod to be composted! Added a photo of our finished work. Highly recommend looking here for any mulching needs. Prices are incredible.

The people at the desk and the loader were great. I had made 4 4x16 raised garden beds and purchased aaaalot of the premium blend soil. It states that it is their "best amended soil for starting new gardens or flowerbeds. A screened blend of compost, soil, and sand". After one day, the top layer was crusty and hard. After 2 days, it was pulled away and dried from the sides of the garden bed walls. I don't see how it had any compost in it....or good soil for that matter as it was grey in color and has alot of nickel sized rocks. Tomatoes did ok but everything else struggled. I had to purchase a large quantity of some good manure compost to amend what I had already purchased at Price Organics. I purchased around May and I find myself still adding compost to my beds to give the plants what they need. Only 5-6 months later of me adding compost to the beds, is the color starting to stay brown. I'm not sure what the mixture is, but isn't a "premium" option for new garden beds in my opinion.

I purchased 30+ yards of turf Blend for my lawn seeding project this past spring. To my surprise it consisted of mostly gravel, sand and wood chips with very little soil. It was a disaster and ruined my project. Not to mention that it was full of weed seeds. (My yard had been weed free for over 4 years). Also, I have been a customer for almost 8-10 years, purchasing Zoo Brew. So, I called and spoke with one of their representatives, who at the end of the conversation just thanked me for letting them know!!! NO apology, no offer to make right - nothing. They lost a customer.
