Can’t say enough negative comments about prestige. Not only have they jacked their prices up. They load the machine with expired products. And if you call them out on it by calling customer service you get treated with disrespect. Doesn’t seem like a great business model to load your machines with expired products hoping someone’s not gonna complain. Seems like a pretty poor way to run a company. No wonder you have so many negative reviews.

We've used Prestige at our workplace for years, and their service was awful. A "top of the line" coffee machine they installed a few years back was broken more than it worked and having it fixed never really happened - it would just break again a few weeks later. Supplies were ALWAYS shorted, and there was no customer support to speak of.
Tomorrow, all Prestige vending is leaving our workplace and we couldn't be happier. We are cutting all ties with Prestige, from vending to coffee packet purchases.

Machines are unreliable and have gotten progressively worse. Sometimes the card reader works, or not. Bill reader? Maybe. It's kind of like gambling with extra steps. Prices have gotten extortionate chips and soda are higher than a gas station...well at least they are when there's actually something in the machines. Ours have been nearly empty over a month. I'm not chasing y'all down to give you money.

Good luck trying to get a refund. It's been months with contacts. Machines are always running out of stock. Breaking down. Running out of change to give back.

This company is terrible they constantly charge you for things that were not valid machine won't work but will take your money highly advise not using them if you want to ensure your customers don't get robbed

They stole my money and won't give me my product or refund my money. I had a soda get stuck in their machines and they refuse to do anything about it. They won't leave keys with people so that when this happens, we can get in and get our product. But instead, they just steal your money. I was charged a $1.50 for my soda and woke up to another $2.25 charge this morning for the soda. Do not ever use a prestige vending machine because you're going to be stolen from. They also refuse to take cash.

I have lived in Kane Apartment for four years now, your service has been declining since I have been here, Now not only do we have to use exact change, it has to be only chance, no bills, I just went to the machine with two dollars, that means two one dollar bills and a quarter, the machine took the quarter no problem, took one one dollar bill, try to put in the second, one comes the first with statement use. Exact change only. And I try to get my quarter back , nope, not given that up, guest it feels it due the because I tried to use bills. So I think, I 'll get my debit card, hate to use it in vending machine but I ready want a cold soda. So I go back to my apartment, get my card, only to find out the company no longer will let us use the card in the machine, they turned if off at office. What gives, I am a disabled senior citizen, who is lucky to get to a store once a month, I rely on the machine to get a soda once in a while, I do not keep, money on me, let alone change, for a machine. Why have you made it impossible for us to use your machine. Sincerely,

I would leave less if I could. The problem with these vending machines? False Advertising. The say they accept any card or gift card, but they do not. Out of the 3 different bank cards used, not a single one was excepted.
This is a terrible company.
