This has been my favorite restaurant in Denver for a few years now. Farm to table concept with just the perfect cozy atmosphere and quaint backyard patio for the summers. Had only one or two misses food wise otherwise it's all 10/10.

Current menu in February I had the carrot soup, mushroom and leek tartlet, and scallops. All divine but the tartlet was off the charts. Also the wine pairing is the perfect way to course out since most of the menu is on the smaller side (which gives you more opportunity to mix and match)

How do you say “divine” I have heard many great great things about this place but only recently got to try it out myself and lemme tell ya, Potager did not disappoint! Fab spot to take out-of-town guests, or for some other fancyish occasion. The back patio is especially special, a very cute garden oasis. Farm-to-table menu changes w the seasons and is generally upscale, but there are options for casual dining too (apps at the bar, plus there is allegedly a $20 burger+beer deal on Tuesdays).

Made a reservation for two for a Friday a few days in advance and had to settle for a 7:30pm time due to limited availability. We arrived and were offered a few seating options. We picked the garden option and it was beautiful! In my opinion it was the best seat in the house - We lucked out!

The service was fantastic. Our waitress walked us through the the specials, entrees, and wine options. I got the blue fin tuna special and it was amazing. My girlfriend got the lamb meatball fattoush and loved it as well. For dessert, I got the chocolate pudding, while she got some chocolate raspberry cake thing that I regret not ordering myself.

Our night was lovely and we will definitely make it back for a special occasion!

Potager was amazing, nearly all the dishes we had were veggie and didn’t disappoint. We got the gargouillou (pictured), crudo tuna, shishito peppers, and a grilled peach. I can say they were all amazing. We loved the variety, left full, and sure appreciated the reasonable wine prices. Definitely worth a visit, we want to go again.

Phenomenal meal and evening. Service was absolutely top notch - Anna did an amazing job. The “garg” veggie plate (pictured) was insane during late summer and I can’t wait to go catch the next menu.

One of the best restaurants in Denver. It is vegetable heavy, but extremely fresh. The lamb meatballs with labneh is absolutely delicious and so is the blue fin tuna. Order the Gargouile because you can’t get better vegetables. Finish off with the zucchini bread and chocolate ice cream, it’s a perfect ending. Recommend the burger every Tuesday as well. Compliments to Chef Warthen and crew.

I go here each year with my leadership team as a thank you from our leader. The food is amazing and ever-changing. I try things I would otherwise never try and I am always pleasantly surprised. One of my absolute favorite restaurants for dinner—anywhere, ever! The atmosphere instantly transports you to a cozy family restaurant in a charming small town in Europe. It’s warm, inviting, and full of character.

The staff truly shine—they’re not only incredibly friendly, patient, and kind but also curious, knowledgeable, and always ready with amazing recommendations.

And the food? Absolutely top-notch. Not just vegan friendly, but have vegan dishes and/or can make adjustments to make some other dishes vegan. Every dish feels like an adventure, with impeccable quality, perfect portion sizes, and pricing that’s more than fair. Every visit here is a delight, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s both memorable and unique, this is the place to be!
