I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. The items took over a month to ship and they were very basic tshirts… then the proof and actual product didn’t match (missing words). Still waiting on help from customer service. They suddenly went very quiet.

I had an issue with an order. It was my fault. I immediately called and they couldn't see my order in their que. They told me to call the next morning because they were closing in 30 minutes. Then I received an email responding to my email saying they already shipped my order that I wanted to cancel or modify. Then they said I have to pay to return the items at my own expense. I do not recommend.

Shipping time from creation to receipt was impressively long. Let me get specific, ordered Sept 1, received Sept 24. Now, I haven't had any issue really with size or such from them before, and I didn't really expect it this time. I've ordered a bunch from them. However, we ordered an $89 jacket that wound up being a kids size in practice. We contacted them and they said the size chart is there, no refund. I've never seen a business not have at least one or two courtesy exchanges at least. Who does this anymore? So beware of ordering from them. I will not order from them anymore.

With 150 employees and a tight budget, finding something to please everyone is difficult, but the Colorado 4-in-1 Tumbler did it. Our product advisor, Shelly Corrigan-Lewis, went above and beyond to help me get them created and delivered on a short schedule! We also bought the Team 365™ Unisex Zone Protect Lightweight Jacket and two years later, they are holding up pretty well.

I ordered 300 boxes of the "We Would Knot Succeed Without You" pretzel boxes for a welcome back for our employees. Communication could've been better to know when my product shipped, but what I'm disappointed in the most is that the chocolate covered pretzels were discolored. The expiration date is 12/21, so they weren't expired, but some were good and some were bad. Just needed better quality control before shipping.

How ridiculous their shipping charges absolutely insane. Why would anyone Want to order from here when they can simply go on Amazon and if they are prime member get free shipping makes no sense. Apparently you don’t know how to compete with other businesses. Looking at your reviews, it looks like your business is not doing good at all. Perhaps that’s a sign that somebody should be paying attention to.
