Two hours is quite a while to load nine pallets. Efficiency in loading procedures is always appreciated by drivers. A clean restroom is a welcome comfort during a long haul. Maintaining tidy facilities shows respect for those who visit.

I don’t understand why people leave negative reviews… guys we are trucker … everyone know if order is ready Shipper load you ASAP But if not ready then you have to wait your order ready and Loaded…. today im first time visit this warehouse and after 30 minutes check in i got call for door and they load my truck in 45 minutes… everyone there work Friendly and nice behavior…Thank you Shipping department and Loader… GOD BLESS YOU ( IM SINGH ) DATE 02/18/2025

The factory is a complete mess, and the employees are lazy. I waited here for 5 hours just to find someone to help with the loading. They completely disregard the driver's time. If you have options, definitely avoid coming here🤬🤬🤬

Total Cluster… this is for the Drivers picking up a load…. Most of the negative stuff is true and fact… FCFS? Nope!! It goes by product and customer (favoritism)priorities . I was the first to check in… many trucks loaded and gone 6am to 12 noon… when I checked with the office to get a update… was told they were waiting for a inspection… good thing all those trucks that came after me were inspected virtually and all at once… 2-3 docks are constantly used for shuttle trailers and 2-3 for live loads and yes.. each truck takes at least 2 hours… the forklift guys are driving to Chicago and back for each pallet… the shipping office is full of guys who don’t answer the phone and can care less about anything other than to do the least amount of work possible and eat tacos(the place across the street is decent like someone said)… it took them years of slinging oranges to get a position of power and they are going to squeeze it for all the juice… see, I can still make a joke because that is what this place is…. Same as coca cola or budwiser… so many businesses depend on sunkist… nobody wants to really complain about it or avoid it so just they pay detention or layover for our trouble…, but it does suck when you are on the short end and that is most of the time when you get here… product shortages or production problems should be passed along but that would not be what a efficient or responsible business model would do…

They are really slow people. They are FCFS. When u get a dock they spend 3 to 4 hours to load U. Need good management .

I checked in at 5:30 pm in the evening and my load was at 2:00 Am in the night. The staff here is not good and there is a lot of waiting.
