There are so many things to love about this place. First of all, the bon bons are pure art, they are so pretty and have such an interesting array of flavors. The truffles and chocolates are amazing too, and all of these are perfect for a sweet little treat or for gifting. I love that this company is local, which makes it even more special. I also love their space and their cafe, it’s a great place to grab a coffee and a muffin on the go. The service is fabulous and it’s a welcoming, quiet space in an easy to access location in Carbondale. 10/10 recommend.

They know what they are doing! The chocolate is absolutely incredible, but that is not why I go there. I am part of a flight crew, and whenever we stay in Aspen or Eagle, we usually hang out in Glennwood Springs. I found this place as I just wanted to get a closer look at Mnt Sopris from the road and check out a local trout hatchery.
The coffee is incredible. It's so incredible in fact that I drive every morning from Glennwood to get my cappuccino. Then down the road for a breakfast sandwich. After ai finish I stop back in, grab another coffee and head back to Glennwood. Keep up the good work everyone and I will be back!

My first impression when I come into this store is the smell. Seriously, this sultry chocolatey aroma needs to be bottled. Then, I see these jewels of bonbons right when I walk in. Finally, the taste of the chocolate. This place will delight you! Come in and check these guys out!

Pollinator is a charming little spot for coffee drinks & chocolate in Carbondale, just past the Co-Op. They are still expanding their menu, but so far it looks promising with wi-fi and seating!

Super friendly staff and the hot chocolate/whip cream was unlike anything I’ve had before. Chocolate is freshly made at the store. I will be coming again next time I travel to Colorado!

I love this place! The chocolate is amazing and the atmosphere is awesome. It's a great addition to the Carbondale coffee scene. The spicy hot chocolate bon bon is one of the best things I've ever tasted! I can't wait until they're open in the evening for chocolate cocktails.

The perfect apres ski before grocery stop. Had hot chocolate, bon bons and truffles. The double hot chocolate with freshly made marshmallows is delicious. All the chocolates are tempered perfectly, beautiful to look at, and most importantly, sooo good. Mark and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Favorite bon bon was the mango lemon grass. We will be regulars.
