Third time's the Charm

I met Ron Jones by chance. He was not the first or even the second realtor we contacted. My family had just processed double tragedies and much chaos was still brewing within the extended family. My husband and I were trying to make smart living arrangements quickly after becoming homeless almost overnight. As first time home owners, we had a lot of questions about the process and even specific features of the prospective properties. There was a lot of emotion clouding our focus along with all of the things a first time buyer doesn't know to ask.

I admit I was feeling skeptical after our first call to Ron but we had already been ghosted by 2 other realtors that came recommended by friends. As soon as I met Ron I felt like we had the right guy.

He was punctual, direct, honest, and offered us valuable insight. His knowledge of the area and experience in the housing market coupled with classic southern hospitality proved to be the edge we needed. I had several questions of marginal relevance but Ron was sure to answer them all. He kept us on track with all of the checklists and was so nice throughout the entire process. Due to the housing market and the time constraints we were under, we submitted offers on several properties. As they fell through, Mr. Jones kept us hopeful.

We have been in our new house for a year now and Ron's number is still in our contacts. He has stayed on top of lingering tasks and never made us feel like we were a bother. I highly recommend Ron Jones with full confidence.

This is the first rental company that I have ever had screw me out of my deposit! I was a model tenant, was never late on rent, rarely called for any type of maintenance, spent every day after work for a week making sure we left the place in tip-top condition, and they still send me a bill for $200 for cleaning! That's after they took my entire deposit!? Companies like this make life as a single parent so much more difficult. I hope someone reads this and avoids the mistake I made of renting from these crooks.

If I could give it a ZERO I WOULD! Worst company in Phenix city.. Company is a bunch of crooks, will take your money and move someone else in! The company blamed it on the Christmas holidays very unprofessional!!!! You have to keep calling daily to follow up, and they will forget what property you’re applying for and constantly lie, you get a different response everytime you call!
