So happy with Planned Development Services! I had a question about my bill. I emailed the customer service email and Megan got back to me so quickly. She looked up my account and explained what had happened and why I had a different balance on my account. Contacting the PDS was easily accomplished over the phone/email, and the folks working there were polite and communicative. They were able to direct me into the correct channel to get my needs met; we were able to negotiate a reasonable time frame; and all in all, I was able to get my needs met without resistance. The whole experience over the last number of years has much improved

Evon Brooks, in accounting has been a great help over the years. She is very knowledgeable and always keeps in contact after researching my questions about billing. Everyone in PDS is very courteous and helpful whenever I have a question.. The service is great.

Megan was amazing. She was friendly and took the time to help me throughout the call. Many times when you call HOA it’s hard to get someone on the phone and she answered right away. She walked me through questions online. She was great!

I had a series of questions that I had asked Ana Mata. Some questions were easy for her to answer off the top of her head. Others required that I be placed on hold while she went to confer with a colleague. At no time did she ever become frustrated by my questions. Instead, she remained very polite and helpful as we plowed through my concerns. Eventually, all were answered. I wish to thank her for her kindness and professionalism.

I have always had a good experience with PDS. We have been with them since 2017 when we became home owners. Everyone at PDS is so kind. Shannon is so nice and sweet. Mikayla is amazing as is Liz. I truly am grateful that we have such a nice group of people to work with. I know some people complain about their HOA's and the representatives but I have no complaints. I've always had a positive experience and couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you all!
