Phillip and his team were initially awesome. Not only did he personally help us pick out our palm trees, he and his team were fast and efficient with delivery install etc.we were told our palms were guaranteed, we texted him pictures over time as some of them were sick. He never offered to replace them. When picking out the palms, we wanted freeze hardy palms…. The Texas freeze finished off our palms…. After several calls to the store, our call was finally answered and we were told that out of all of the clients, we are the only family that asked him to make good on the guarantee and he said he cannot guarantee the plants with a freeze of that magnitude. I’ll gladly update this review if Phillip and the team reconsiders their present position.

Phillip definitely took care of me. My yard was a mess and his crew completely turned it around. They had some really great deals on date palms so I decided to change my whole yard. I've never been happier, those palms look great surrounding the pool 🙂

Now I'm ready for Summer!

Will sell you sick palm trees. Will lie to you about warranty. You will get a run around and excuses instead of warranty.

The owner of this place is a bigot. He saw us looking different than him and he said “we sold all the plants in the shop, we can’t help you here”. You don’t have to. We will go somewhere else and we will tell everyone not go there.
