I'm so disappointed with the chef and I'm big with steak I love Fillet Mignon !! I get it at a bunch of different restaurants..

Service was amazing Max my server was an astonishing dude , Very respectful, Great guy give props to him 👏,
Will never order steak from here tho $32 dollar plate and 2 steaks cooked 3 times and still horrible!!!!!

If owners sees this review GET RID OF YOUR CHEF !!!! HE CLEARLY CANT COOK STEAK!!!

AND his presentation going up to the manager to check his work but it was covered in sauce to cover up his mistakes.

We had a group event scheduled, and I thought "ugh dinner at a bowling alley, the food is going to be all fried and gross." Not the case! I was pleasantly surprised. The apps were great, though some fried, but not over done or deep fried. The chicken parm sliders were tasty, though a bit heavy on the bread. I enjoyed apps more than dinner, but the salad with dinner was awesome. The Mac and cheese was great, very creamy but not overly thick. The ribs were very tender and fell off the bone immediately. Staff was very friendly, waiters were awesome. Though things were slow for the food to be set up by the banquet team. Overall a great place for groups, I was impressed with how things were run!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From start to finish, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our scheduled bowling time, only to be told to wait. Fine, we were patient. But then 10 minutes past our scheduled time, we were finally told where to go—without a single bit of instruction on how to set up the lanes or anything else. They mentioned a waiter would come by, but it took 20 minutes for anyone to show up. And once the waiter arrived, he was almost never available. The screens at the lanes were flashy but super confusing to use, and there was no help in sight.

The bathrooms? Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy in there. It’s clear they haven’t been cleaned properly in who knows how long.

Then it was time for us to head to the restaurant, which only made things worse. The waiter ignored us repeatedly, even though it was obvious we needed assistance. Worst service EVER. Once seated, we waited over 30 minutes for food, and when it finally arrived, no proper utensils were given. Water? Forget it. I had to physically go to the water station where the waiters were supposed to be getting water and grab it myself—three times.

We noticed other tables who arrived after us got their food long before we did. When our food finally came, we asked them to slice a cake we’d brought, and instead, they brought it to us whole and never refrigerated it, despite our specific request. The waitress was completely MIA the entire time. We had to hunt her down multiple times, and eventually, we gave up. We ended up getting our own silverware, water, and anything else we needed.

The staff situation is baffling. There were so many people working—especially at the front desk—but none of them seemed willing to actually help. Even during bowling, there were no waiters around, despite four employees standing around at the desk.

To top it all off, multiple times during dinner, staff tried to clear our plates while we were still eating. I literally had to stop them and say, “My food isn’t finished yet.” But when plates were empty, they sat on the table for another 30 minutes before anyone bothered to clean them up.

I provided dietary restriction information ahead of time, and even that was eventually ignored.

This place has so much potential, but it’s clear they either don’t know how to train their staff, or they have no idea how to manage or staff the place properly. It was just a hot mess from beginning to end. I’d much rather go to a traditional bowling alley and then head somewhere decent for dinner. Avoid this place unless you want frustration, bad service, and a complete waste of time and money.

I'm so happy the brunch buffet is now offered both Saturdays and Sundays! We went on a Saturday. The buffet had just the right amount of both breakfast and lunch options. Everything was well seasoned and plentiful. The chocolate fountain was so decadent and fun. The cheese cake bites at the fountain were so good too. The omlet station layout with all the options was so cute. The waffle station had such yummy toppings, especially the whipped lemon ricotta and blueberry compote. There were meat and seafood options too. Very good use of the space and what a fun atmosphere to have bocce being played in the background. Our server was also very nice. I'm not aware of any other place nearby that offers anything similar compared to the spread offered at this brunch buffet, so it's a really great idea given so many other brunch place options in the area. I can't wait to return!

Bowling experience was fun. The place is pretty clean. The food was delicious and great quality. Lobster bisque was delicious. Pepsi actually tasted real, not watered down. A little pricey, but worth it! Server Nick at the Bistro was great.

Went to Pinstripes in Northbrook, Illinois for Mother’s Day Brunch. The food was amazing. Good service & and enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommended. Have been there before for other occasions. Nice place!

Went there for years, used to love the cheese pizza but recently they changed it. It used to be so full of flavor and now the pizza tastes like a bland frozen store bought pizza. Nothing special about it anymore, very disappointing.
They also used to have an amazing Pesto bread, got rid of that, and now have another kind but again, not nearly as good. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
