Staff very friendly. Great prices and I love the outback hat I bought. Personally though I was asked way too many times If I needed help. I get it, and it's very nice to know that the staff is there for you, so I can appreciate that. I just don't like trying to shop and having to stop to answer the same question 50 times, some times by the same person. But I overall, I really enjoyed the store.

Best way to vaccinate my dog. Drive through in back, in and out. Store has an eclectic mix of goods at some reasonable prices. Not all, but glad to support the small business owner. Gladly make a trip out here again. They know their customers by name and are incredibly helpful and polite.

Looking to purchase a Stetson locally and could not find one at Ranger Joes or Commandos, but thankfully I was able to find one at this hidden jewel in Phenix City thanks to a recommendation that was passed along to me. Great locally owned Western store with some wonderful people who go out of their way to meet your needs. They not only made sure I purchased the right Stetson, but they also took the time to shape it and ensure that I had the right fit. Could not recommend this place enough.

Wow, great store, was greeted as i walked inside store. Staff well knolagable. Wide varity of products of good quality. Needed things for new puppy. Answered all my questions and helps with product selection. Will definatley be back

Awesome store for those who appreciate western wear & gear. Cowboy/girl hats, shirts & boots… with the accessories. Belt buckles, unique gifts & stuff, including silver & turquoise. Supplies to keep your leather items looking new. Bought a bullwhip here. Love the place, so does my wife.

My husband and I went shopping there last week for the first time and left forever customers. We purchased 8 2-week old chicks to start our first backyard flock and the chicken lady (I cannot remember her name for the life of me) was so knowledgeable and helpful, I was very impressed. She took excellent care of all her birds, you can tell she really cares and loves what she does. She was able to answer all our questions and calm my nerves regarding chicken care. She also made sure we had everything we needed to get started without over selling us. Will definitely be returning for all our chicken needs. If you'd like a more personal approach, skip tractor supply and go here instead.
