They had some fantastic saving online for dog bones. As a single income mom, I have to really watch my pennies. Everything I ordered was at the store. It was ready on the same day even though I wasn't. They had everything conveniently located at the front desk. The workers seemed to love their job. I was so happy to be able to bring Maisy, my Weimaraner, in the store with me. She is going to be one happy girl with her new treats and bones.

Love coming here. As a first time pet owner i wasnt sure about food, litter and other stuff and the staff here have always been kind and helpful and insightful.
Trisha is usually the person that helps me and she always down to answer any of my questions.

3-16-25 @ 1:45pm. Waited in the fish dept for about 30 mins for help. Asked for help from the cashier who put out an announcement. Finally, the associate who came over completely ingnored me in favor of another customer who had just arrived in reptiles. Terrible service

Unfortunately when walking in, the smell was really bad. The floors were a mess. It's very old looking and seems very disorganized. Too much in this store, I kept looking at expiration dates to make sure things weren't outdated. Needs to be updated and reorganized. 😞

I’m a little late but I got my dog groomed here- just a bath because it was her first time- I had Caitlin for the appointment, however all the staff were super friendly. I was a little nervous because my puppy is huge and has anxiety around new people. Not only were they quick, they made her look so pretty and they even put cute little bows in her hair which I was not expecting at all since it was just a bath.

Came here today for a water check. My fish tank was cloudy and I told the girl that I think
I might have a bacteria bloom. She told me
to put my water container up on the shelf. It was a mess and very unorganized here. She was wiping the glass on the fish tanks before she tried to help me. She was more interested in wiping the glass aquariums. Then she was trying to find strips and when she found them, she tested my water and then told me to hold on. She left with the strips asking for another employee. I thought if you worked in the fish department you should know a little bit about the fish. Am I wrong? Another employee came by. The girl was telling me, she is guessing that this certain bottle might work. Then her and this other employee went to the other side. I told them I don’t care for brand, but as I picked up a bottle of Aqueon ammonia neutralizer. I told them I can use this since my nitrites and ammonia was high… The guy said yes. Then told me about a pouch that I can put in my filter that will help with the cloudy water. I bought both products. I was so shocked that the girl didn’t know about what product to give me first hand. That she had to call someone else. She didn’t mention to me that she was from a different department or anything. She was busy cleaning the aquariums that I felt that I was a bother to her. I didn’t even get my container back. I was still in shock that I had forgotten my container. Checkout was fine. The girl at checkout was polite but soft spoken.

Horrible experience, stay away. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new groomer for our 2 dogs, a Bernadoodle and a Shih Tzu mix. Melissa did a terrible job on our Bernadoodle. When I dropped him off, she mentioned he might need a close cut on the face. However, when I picked him up, he was shaved all the way down, including his tail—he looked like an Irish Wolfhound. My kids were almost in tears when they saw him. When I questioned Melissa, she claimed he was matted and had to be shaved but showed no empathy. “It had to get done.” Both our dogs get groomed every six weeks, and we brush them weekly. She should have called me to discuss the situation. On the other hand, Samatha did a great job on our Shih Tzu. I will never return to this location.
