They will bold face lie to you and say there is no funding. You call back the next day and there is funding and they say the sent you an application by email that you never get. So you call back give a different email and still no application. I leave a voicemail no call back. If your not willing to help a 60 year old disabled women on social security than what are you really doing with the hidden funds. They need to be investigated by their superiors because their behavior is unprofessional and extremely suspicious if you ask me.
