Reviews are correct. Tight backing, and I've been here for 6 hours and still waiting for paperwork. I gave 2 stars because the guy at the security station was very nice.

Pretty easy at the shack. Just do what they ask go back to your truck. From the holding area and going around the building to the docks. Make sure you take the left to go around the building super duper wide with a chance of meatballs. It’s tight depending on where your truck is parked.

Truck drivers - NJ Tpike(N) to ex13A follow to the right for North ave (E)… go approx 0.7 miles - turn left = IKEA Dr.. 0.4 miles- 1st entrance on right..guard will guide you to staging area.. bring paperwork to guard shack.. fill out checkin sheet.. once you re assigned a door .. back in .. and take paperwork to receiving office near dock door 1.. limited parking on street (at your own risk)… swing wide for path around building…

worest place ever i come
I have a six pallets on this facility. My appointment was 6 AM so they give me 615 on the door right now is 9:02 AM almost 3 hours after my appointment and I supposed to be picking up 7 mile load so if you don't want it to be screwing up, don't come here . It's a crazy place. No respect people. They don't care other business of the people they very small ducking place so the drive is if you don't wanna be tress don't come. Have a nice day.

One of the reviews on here clearly shows the directions so I’m not going to go through that but once you get here so far so good Security checked me in and told me to park. Will give me a door number once ready and give me a piece of paper to fill out. Nobody was rude as far as right now that could be subject to change, but hopefully not.

I don't mind delivering here, the people are cool. You have to watch out for all the selfish truck drivers who don't understand the concept of a "line" or "one at a time". Thank you to the ones with common sense and common courtesy!!!! 👍🏻🇺🇲❤️🚛💨💨

Appointment time 6am. Arrived at 5am. Given door at 5:50am. 6 pallets on trailer. Unloaded got green light at 6:35am. Text from lumper service at 7am. Cost $225, paid lumper service at 7:18am. At this current time it’s 9:37am. Still sitting on dock waiting on call for BOL’s. Somebody needs to learn how to count. This is ridiculous, 6 pallets.

First I read lot of the reviews. Considering it was my first time there in my 27yrs of trucking, they very very nice to me. Guard said I can show up bput 430am to sit in staging. And he said usually if drivers get in really early he'll send them down to IKEA where he said hrs never heard if a driver having problems sitting there over night wair8ng to come in. Also Considering I had only hakf if a pallet. I got a door relatively quick. Even tash at receiving waa rrakky n8ce to me. Again my first time there take it fir whay its worth. But reviews on it being very t8ght getting back to receiving os mo joke. It's like a tunnel minus the tunnel if that makes sense. 4 stars cause of how tight it was as I reserve the right to edit it in future if issues
