brought the cargo to this place, the appointment was at 5 am, I arrived at 11 am, they let the check in the territory and allowed me to park until the morning at 5 am, they gave me a door for unloading, they unloaded quickly, after which I paid the lamper and at 7.45 am I received the documents, very friendly employees of the receiving office plenty of space for parking and truck maneuvers

Well they are definitely not punctual , no need for strategy it doesn’t do you any justice . You can be early or on time and still be waiting on whatever. Not very hospitable , act as if you’re wasting their time . My load was unloaded around an hour after my appointment time, yet and still was requested to move out of my dock door just to sit another 3 hours after and still waiting just to receive paperwork. One good thing is they’re allowing you to have some coffee at no charge. Yep last load here , second time around and still no change, first time I only waited 6 hours all together , figured maybe it was a simple mistake. But yea naw they’re on some bull.. but what can you do about it but just not do loads for these guys . Have fun good luck !!!

There is overnight parking and a staging area. No restrooms until they open, which is 0600. Appointment was at 0600. No one was here to unload, due to road conditions and being short handed, until 0630. Immediately put in a door and unloaded. They were pretty rough with the trailer. There is a pricey lumper fee which depends on how many pallets were unloaded. (4= $120) No check needed. You pay it digitally through a link they send in a text. Staff was friendly. Paperwork and them trying to figure out what to charge on lumping took way too long. Finally leaving out at 0845.

Slowly Ridiculous company. Disgusting snd very disappointing company for delivery here. Our time is valuable you crooks. Stop taking trucks if you don’t have the capacity to unload on time. 4 pallets 8h and 30min is not normal. For sure is our fault too that we take loads to come to this miserable place. Be aware drivers, dispatchers, owners operators that this place will waste your time and is not worth it. Trust me.

The unloading did not take long after I got a dock door 45ish minutes after my appointment time. The waiting for them to count, label and call me to get my paperwork is what's ridiculous. Idk why they can't get us drivers out of here and take up any problems (if any) with the shipping company. Oh well it's still going to ba a great day!! Yall stay safe!!

It is true this is a slower place than Walmart and target combine. Been waiting 2 hours for my bills. Gave 1 star only because there is no option for 0 stars.

Yall are crazy....I was an entire day ahead of appointment and they got me in right away....yeah it took a bit for paperwork but no worse than HEB or walmart.

Plenty of parking and they do allow overnight parking.
