My appointment time was 5am. Showed up and checked in at 445am. Didn’t start taking OTR trucks until after 6am. They do take their sweet time. Does have overnight parking available.

$310 late fee because their supplier RonPak in Shreveport took 6.5 hours to load us then we get here and have been waiting for 5 hours and still not unloaded. What are you charging a late fee for? What a nightmare and racket this place is. We lose our reload and costing us more money.

The only good thing about this place is the young man, Mark, a lumper was very helpful getting things right in my trailer. Other than that plan on being here for hours just waiting for your paperwork.

My driver had a del appt for 9 am on Dec 19. His elog shows him there at 8:56 am. His paperwork shows 9:02 am check in time. The load was booked with L&L Freight Services, Inc. and they told me the receiver refused to pay detention. If you want to spend there 4 hrs for getting unloaded without getting paid, go ahead! Stay away from this receiver!

Arrived over 12 hrs before my 6 AM appointment and still was admitted for overnight parking. At 6:15 was given a door. By 07:20 the load was taken and lumper fee paid. Unfortunately I had to wait til 9:10 to get paperwork. After offload they ask you to pull out from your dock and park in the row facing the receiving office ( entrance under green roof and this is where the restroom is) then pay for the lumper service then wait for the phone call ( if you get a text to come in that means only that the lumper receipt is ready).

I was here Friday the 25th. Arrived Thursday night. Overnight parking allowed. Got a door right on time! Unfortunately the shipper didn’t load correctly and there was damage. Between the broker and the gentlemen in receiving, we got it worked out. They truly went above and beyond. Usually Performance Food Group, I’ll slam every time. They rock here!!!

The only problem we encountered was a long wait for our paperwork and a 366$ lumper fee. The lumpers are super nice though and they are helpful and hard workers. Overnight parking is a wonderful asset to this facility. Also there is a bathroom in the shipping office. Our appointment was for 6am and we were out by 11:10. So ot bad at all. Drive safe
