Horrible. Been sitting here, doors open and docked as soon as I got here, and 5 hours later there’s nothing. Yet they want to charge for every hour when you’re late and want to charge lumper fee when mfs ain’t even unloading in proper timing. Rip off and waste of time. Zero Stars

The security at the front gate was wonderful. The man inside was rude and not easy to deal with.
He charged us $505.00 for being 1:15 minutes late.
Clearly not what was posted inside.
He probably pocketed the rest.

Great place to deliver to. Friendly professional people working here. If you have a 5:00 am appt. park out front until 4:55. Funky docking lock system (only inches to spare) but plenty of room to back in. Unloaded in 45 minutes, got text with lumper amount and payment link. Went back inside and everything was ready to go. In at 5, out at 6, there’s parking right up the street at truck stop. I wish every place was this efficient. ?

Nice staff, plenty of room to back in a door. No overnight parking but Garlic Farm Travel Center nearby. They open at 5am, the lady at the gate, Frances, was very helpful and nice. Don't be late, there are hefty penalties. Overall a good experience
