Dear Truck Drivers

If you are picking up a load from here, make sure you have to go the bathroom, and get food and something to drink with you.

I checked in at 1:20 pm for my pick up and I was informed they will call me when door is available. I am waiting 10 hrs to recive call from shipping office no phone calls, I went to shipping office they told me your product is now ready and you can put door 7 and get loaded 15 min now again I have to wait for paperwork another 2 hrs

Please be aware do not even think to come this place. This is my first and last time being in here

I arrived 5 hours early and checked in. I went back to my truck and before I could get comfortable,a gentleman came out and directed me to a dock. Opened the doors. He said I should be done in 3 hours. He would come out and wake me up and give me my paperwork. He said I could either take off or park on the lot o/n. I will say I had a good experience. No bathroom though.

Drivers beware. If you are picking up a load here, make sure you have gone to the bathroom, have some food and something to drink with you. I checked in at 1126 for a load and was told that they would call me for a door, 4 hours later and no phone calls, I check back inside with shipping to be told that they tried calling me "several times" about an hour and a half ago and that they have moved trucks in front of me. I asked her if I was allowed to prove to her that I had no missed calls but she informed me that it didn't matter because the trucks were already in place in the order.

I can handle a lot of things, but getting blatantly lied to isn't one of them. As of 8 pm, shipping is caught in another lie. I was informed that the load wasn't even scheduled to be done until 8pm

Loaded at 2100, it is now 2245 and still waiting for paperwork. Needless to say, the delivery appointment has been missed. Avoid this place like the plague.

TANKER LADIES / truck drivers - Do not let the guards tell you to blindside back here. It's unnecessary.
I hate when I come places guards/employees see a female driver, & think were incapable of maneuvering our rigs.. So they give bad Micro managing maneuvering directions, how to swing your trailer, recommend blind side backing twice when it's completely unnecessary to do any blind side backing at this facility as a tanker. Apparently you can also show up early here and take other people's appointments, And you will not be notified that your appointment has been taken for loading / unloading

Iam coming from last 2 years in this company they never improve there works always when u check in they give you time door and not easy to give door u get after 8 9 hours and after this not enough paper work need also 2 3 hours
Note in this company no restroom for drivers how drivers spend 10 12 hours with out restroom ? ?

As other people said make sure that you used the bathroom before get here. Its a nightmare, been here 4:30 hours already and when I got angry and went to the office to see what's going on they told me :” Be thankful that youre getting loaded now and not at midnight”. Just because im going to Ponca city. They dont give a F that you already spent pretty much full day here and you have to drive another night straight to delivery for almost free...
No respect for drivers. But somehow we should respect them because they work there....

If your a TANKER DRIVER, it’s a good receiver easy backing and you could park Over Night, Pretty Chill for TANKER DRIVER, came at 3:00 am for a 8:00 am delivery, I slept and someone knock me up by 7:00 am to unload, my 10 hrs reset wasn’t finish and I stay here at the receiver until my hours came back then leave.

Friendly people on gate and the spotter was very cool guy.
Good that they have parking but No restroom and 2:30h just to get my BOL's its even for 1⭐️
