Classic example of an HOA that provides zero value with a primary goal of collecting petty fines. In our case we were fine for having a basketball hoop. We requested relief citing the fact that all the local gyms were closed due to COVID and the neighborhood parks didn’t have any basketball hoops. After dismissing this request with zero real consideration we removed the hoop and stored it very discretely by the side of our house. You cannot see the hoop at all unless you really, really looking for it. We have a beautifully maintained yard in every regard and placed the hoop where a bush and fence would hide it very effectively. The HOA came back and fined us all the same.

They seem to have no problem ignoring the many common landscaping areas that are overrun with weeds, have dead shrubbery and the multitude of dead trees in common areas. Plenty of time to focus on basketball hoop.

I also find it laughable that the one positive review for this HOA was submitted by an employee of the HOA. What a joke.

Exceptionally rude and dismissive. Seems their entire goal is to collect fines and degrade residents in the communities they manage. They give you very vague and inconclusive statements in citations, refuse to provide proof of what they want resolved, and instead tell you "make sure everything is well maintained or complies with regulation."

Previously mentioned they don't tell you exactly, nor will they provide proof, nor will they meet face to face.

I disagree with their business practices, reviews and BBB complaints should agree, and would expect any reputable HOA management firm be able to provide detailed proof of violation, espicially given multiple requests for information other than "entire yard needs weeded, grass trimmed and edged" 2 days after I spent the entire weekend doing exactly that.

Yea my lawn needs mowed today. It's also been inclimate weather which prevents mowing when the grass is wet. Guess what. It's sunny today and I plan to mow when I get home.

They are really good at taking our money. They are really bad at doing anything for our community with it. They never do any walk arounds in our neighborhood, and when we email them to come check something out, they want to know the address so they can just send a letter. We wouldn't have to give them the address if they would do their job. They won't even schedule a walk-around with anyone in the neighborhood. They literally never leave their office. Just sit and take our money. They are crooks!
