Dan the manager is the man! That's what Hubby always calls him. He takes care of everything for us every time we come here to purchase electronics and furniture.

We had Jeff, the Sales Counselor. Dave, the sales associate, and many more who helped us with our purchases. Dan has a fantastic team. We have bought a computer, and furniture, and our newest purchase is the magnificent massage chair because Hubby and I are getting old and we need some massages by the machine lol. We tried to get the massage chair years ago, but it was too expensive when it first came out, so we waited. It was worth the wait, and Dan gave us the best price. We loved everything we purchased from here. We purchased what we needed and not what we wanted. The chair was a nice treat for our hard work.

We're so thankful for the best prices and treatments we receive at the store. Highly recommended!

Horrible service and pricing !
I visited the store on a Saturday with my two children, ready to spend over $8,000 on a new grill setup. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown from the start. The salesperson I interacted with showed little interest in helping me and seemed to only push one brand (XO), despite my questions about other options. When I mentioned my current Weber grill and the need for something different, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. He told me to just "get another Weber," clearly showing no interest in finding a solution that suited my needs.

Things took a turn for the worse when I raised concerns about the quality of the new Weber grills. He brushed me off, insisting I was wrong about the materials, and when I didn’t back down, he became increasingly rude so I said thank you and walked away . I decided to do my own research, but soon overheard him speaking about me with the manager, using at least five foul words on the floor in front of my children. This behavior was completely unacceptable.

When I approached the management to address the situation, their response was lackluster—simply apologizing without offering any real resolution. Frustrated by the poor service, I left and found a competitor on Main Street in Port Washington, who sold me a grill for $1,500 less and treated me with much more respect.

I strongly advise management to address the unprofessional conduct of their staff, especially when dealing with customers. A knowledgeable, respectful sales team is essential to keeping customers, and based on my experience, I would caution others to be wary of both the service and hidden fees with warranties that benefit the sales people in the range of 85 percent commission .

I had to replace my cabinet microwave and Jonathan at PC Richard’s made it so simple and smooth. I was so glad he was an expert at doing this since I had no clue about the trimmings and the exact size needed. In a few days my new microwave came and the installation team installed it perfectly and quickly and we are so happy now! Thank you!
