Amazing! Tried their ground yak and filet’s one time at the Old Colorado City farmers market and they were so informative about the the cooking differences and flavor profile. Taste and quality were amazing, even got some bones for the pups. I know it’s the end of farmers market season but they offer direct to consumer and we will definitely be ordering this winter and fall. Thank you guys so much for an amazing product and customer service!!

Amazing Ribeyes and ground beef! PBJ Cattle Company raises really flavorful beef. Colorado Beef at its finest. Buy local and you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to try the Yak short ribs and ground Yak!
