We tried the coffee. It wasn’t my favorite but it is growing on me. The ice Capp was also alright. We also got the donut holes. They were good but to be fair Paula’s is known for their donuts which we think are the best in town. The service was great though.

This place is the absolute best for donuts!!! It puts all national chains to shame!!! We like to stop here when we are heading to Canada. Staff is friendly, food is fresh, and coffee is delicious! Please open a location in Rochester!!!

A ā€œmustā€ donut place. I came here for the first time and was very impressed with the quality of the donuts and very reasonable price. Lots of parking spots. The store is big and clean with tables to sit and enjoy the treat. There are many options for donut. Staffs are friendly and quick. I didn’t have to wait at all. Donuts are fresh, soft and very big, $2 each. I got cannoli, Boston cream and strawberry shortcake flavor. Will be back here again

Let me tell you, I’m not a huge lover of sweets and treats but I was banking on Transit Road so thought I’d drop in this morning. It was fairly quiet at 11am when I arrived and I was served quickly. My server was friendly and fast with my order to takeout. Now I don’t exactly know what is in these donuts but that flavor in another timeline, I’d abandon all workouts and eat these everyday lol. Wow. Those glazed donut holes are beyond delicious. If your day has gone bad these could turn it all around!

This place is large but they have a small area for their donuts. We got the cannoli, chocolate honey dipped, black forest, Bavarian cream, coconut custard, red velvet, pumpkin, angel cream, cheese, cinnamon, and a glazed crueller. The pumpkin was by far the best, it was flavorful, also it was like a cake donut but was not at all dense. The "famous" cannoli was very lacking, the cream was tasty but the donut itself was just plan, so you spread the cream to everywhere that its not. The cinnamon was like a cinnamon roll in a softball sized donut. The chocolate honey dip was a basic chocolate glazed done very well. The angel cream was a very thick and heavy whipped cream. The red velvet starts off very basic but ends actually tasty with the after taste. Most of the others were ok but nothing much of note. The absolute worst was the cheese it was like a cheap cheese Danish that you get from a vending machine.

Paula's is expensive - pricing is too high. Over $2 per donut but superior to Duncan and Starbucks for Jelly donuts actually contain jelly here. Iced coffee A+. Reduce prices now. Even with inflation it's too expensive. The box pictured was over $10

The place smelled so good! And I was outside the shop! Ha. Great service. You can preorder & prepay ahead of time. They are ready for you! Plenty of counter help and they were very friendly.

I’ve had donuts in 48 states and can say these have made my number 1. I went in late morning, like 11am, not normally the best donut hour YET my donuts were still soft & warm as if they had just come out of the oven! Everything down to the last sprinkle tasted amazingly well crafted. Service was fast and prices were very reasonable.
