I LOVE PAULA'S. I don't get over here often because I live and work in Binghamton, and I wish there was a location over my way, because it's truly the best. The atmosphere, the quality of the food and drinks, and the service is top knotch. They have a Drink of the Day every single day, so there's always something new to try. And a note - you can order any of their past Drink of the Day options! Their loaded toast options are also so yummy! Give it a try if you're in the area.

It's a small coffee shop best for a quick grab. Parking may be challenging from time to time. It's bright and clean looking inside. The restroom looked well maintained. The coffee and food were good. The people who worked there were nice and helpful.

We had a great visit. Had an awesome everything bagel. Very fresh. The veggie cream cheese was also amazing. The coffee was spectacular! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been going here since they opened and have never once had a bad experience . I have always felt so welcome , the employees are always very friendly and the coffee is always fantastic! The best coffee around, I love all the different drink of the days, “the Elvis” is always a favorite of mine. If you are in the area definitely a must try, you won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately . My coffee was made wrong about 10 times in a row . When I was kind in my complaints and paid in full and tipped well in cash but with no time for a remake as I run 3 business . Thinking it was a new hire I kindly asked to speak with a manager : to which I was replied “ I am the owner; and I have made your order how you requested it “ I take espresso & milk . Yet my cup was always filled with a heinous amount of caramel syrup .

Again owning 3 business myself, my customer, happiness and requests are at the forefront of my business model. Without a happy customer - how can you run a business properly. I turned around a walked out . Realizing trying to communicate with an owner like this would lead me nowhere. So I simply stopped frequenting the business.
I am now apprised that she has not been paying her employees properly. Their checks bounce, and she has not been withholding their taxes properly. She is currently being sued by many government entities and is committing tax fraud and defying ethical labor laws as well… just sad that an area business owner would choose to treat their employees and customers this way.

Prompt and friendly service, I got the green tea or matcha latte. It was excellent and priced better than Starbucks or most chain stores.

The staff and owner are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Love this coffee shop!

The coffee was great, and the different toasts were delicious. I got the ricotta, pesto and prosciutto toast, as well as the I love you berry much. Only complaint is that the food menu is kind of limited, but it's definitely worth checking out anyway.
