I absolutely love this place! The remote setting is gorgeous, and they have such a pretty tasting room and outdoor deck to relax and enjoy some unique ciders. I'm not one for overly sweet ciders, so I love that their ciders have more complex flavors. They also make all their ciders on site, so it's cool to see the room where all the cider is made. Supporting a small local business is always great.

What's great is that they are dog-friendly so you can bring your dog with you. They also do cider cocktails which are really good.They also have snacks available for purchase - their chips and salsa was so good!

I highly recommend stopping in here if you are doing a long road trip north or even going to a summer concert at SPAC. The owners Ron and Heidi were so nice and welcoming and will take great care of you.

I'm going to bring all my friends here this summer!

My friend and I stopped by here last week. Heidi and Ron were both very welcoming and the tasting room is adorable. A great spot to bring a few friends or a spouse on a date.

Prices are very reasonable and it was one of the most unique cider experiences I’ve had. All of the ciders were different and I even came back the next weekend and brought my husband who is more of a spirits drinker and he liked all of the ciders he tried. This is for sure a new spot for us and I look forward to returning!

Perfect place for a date! The owners are so kind and personable. I’ve never had ciders like this, it was great! There’s something for everyone’s taste. The patio is wonderful, there’s even a cute fire pit for fall nights. I highly recommend. Their Cider Mule is to die for! It tastes like fall in a cup, I can’t even explain how good it was, you just have to see for yourself.

A new tasting room just outside the Saratoga Springs/Ballston Spa area. Ron and his wife have been making their unique style of cider for a while, and now you can get a true one-on-one experience to really deep dive into what makes it great. Plenty of space on the deck or stay inside, you can see his production area & everything.

Their main line of ciders are all barrel aged, some using hard to find spirits barrels from all over the world. This isn't your typical fruity or sweet cider like what you get at the supermarket. These are high ABV, dry, full of character that the barrels they aged in imparted onto the liquid vessels. For the well knowledgeable spirit enthusiast, this is a must stop. You'll be blown away by these. Same if you're not! He also has some "lighter" options that are just as delicious. He really has something for everyone on offer! It's absolutely worth your time to stop and check them out!
